Both tanks are described by S&B as food-grade safe, BPA-free polyethylene, TEI tested/listed, RVIA approved, and pressure-tested in-house. They can be used as fresh or gray water tanks, but the system design must clearly label which is which before plumbing is closed in.
If the boxes actually say RB Components, the likely alternate product is RB Components 61459-280-KIT, a 20 gal polyethylene over-fender tank. That tank is not the same undercarriage install path; it mounts over a wheel well, can be placed on either driver or passenger side, includes 3/4" and 1/2" plugs, and is 43.5" L x 13" W x 15.75" H.

That is the cleaner plumbing design for your stated goals, even though it adds one more floor penetration.
