This page is the canonical buy list for the 2025 Ford Transit build. Use it to track what still needs to be purchased, what is already specified well enough to order, and what is still blocked by design or measurement work.
Use Inventory and Purchases for items already bought or received.
Use Gaps and Questions for broader unresolved design and verification work.
ordered, shipped, delivered, or closed statuses are transition summaries only. Inventory and Purchases is authoritative for live order state, receipt state, costs, vendor details, and installed-location records.Preferred vendor order for this project:

Checked Gmail order, shipping, delivery, cancellation, and backorder messages from 2026-05-18 through 2026-05-21.
The detailed live order states from that pass belong to Inventory and Purchases, not this active buy tracker. This section is retained only as a dated reconciliation pointer for why Rixen, tank-install, and related ordered rows were removed or shortened here.
Orders reconciled in that pass: Rixen E-3679, Fittings Space / Dynapex 000037491, AutoZone 211566007962, O'Reilly K55556122R15594, Grainger 1586499620, ToolOutfitters 12539, Lowe's 300901141260552832, tank-install Lowe's orders 300901138260183606, 300901138260189447, 300901138260194688, Home Depot orders WK25511368, WH32068146, WH32090770, etrailer 124717065, RVupgrades 647506, and S&B 753495.
Checked recent Gmail order, shipping, delay, out-for-delivery, and delivery messages from 2026-05-23 through 2026-05-27.
The resulting live order states were moved to Inventory and Purchases, not duplicated here. This pass mainly closed exact electrical MVP buy rows that are no longer active buys because the parts are now ordered or delivered.
Orders reconciled in this pass: Amazon electrical orders 112-1357472-6529814 and 112-7685747-1627419, Home Depot WH32681930, and RVupgrades 647506.
Checked Gmail Amazon order-confirmation messages received on 2026-05-28 for the electrical small-parts bundle discussed in the current MVP buy wave.
The resulting live order states were moved to Inventory and Purchases, not duplicated here. This pass mainly closes the lug, fuse, and cable rows that were still marked buy now in the strict electrical shopping table.
Orders reconciled in this pass: Amazon electrical replenishment / wiring orders 112-4319701-6489813, 112-1670403-7913052, and 112-1031369-3548200.
Checked Gmail vendor-update messages received on 2026-05-29 for the current van-build orders.
The resulting live order states were moved to Inventory and Purchases, not duplicated here. This pass mainly advanced the current electrical wire/fuse orders, the Flatline rear-door-platform order, and the remaining Rixen hose order.
Orders reconciled in this pass: Flatline Van Co FVC-39486, Rixen E-3679, Home Depot WH33313260, Amazon 112-1031369-3548200, Amazon 112-4319701-6489813, and Amazon 112-1670403-7913052.
Checked Gmail purchase, shipment, and delivery messages visible through 2026-05-30 for the current van-build orders.
The resulting live order states were moved to Inventory and Purchases, not duplicated here. This pass mainly closed the fork-mount delivery, recorded the RB tray shipment, and advanced the delayed / shipped Amazon electrical rows that now have explicit delivery proof.
Orders reconciled in this pass: Amazon 112-2365771-6433850, RB Components 38828, Amazon 112-1357472-6529814, Amazon 112-4319701-6489813, and Amazon 112-4554371-0056245.
Checked Gmail purchase emails through 2026-06-03 for the rear bike-tray floor-mount hardware.
The result is narrower than the previous placeholder tray BOM: Lowe's order 300901150261469508 / invoice 72471, placed 2026-05-30, already covers the current direct floor-mount hardware package for the RB slide tray, including the 3/8 in x 2-1/2 in coarse-thread bolts, matching nylon-insert nuts, 3/8 in fender/sealing-washer stack, and backing-plate steel stock. User physical confirmation on 2026-06-04 also closes the wood-deck material gap: usable 3/4 in plywood is already on hand, so the remaining work is final tray-width measurement and cutting, not new procurement.
This section is the canonical active buy-state home for the direct floor-mount hardware for the rear ebike slide tray.
Accepted current direction for this BOM:
60" DIY Slide Tray Kit, order 38828.3/8 in, based on the RB Components L-track threaded-stud fitting using a 3/8"-24 tray-side stud interface for this tray family.3/8"-16 coarse-thread Grade 8 steel hardware for the direct floor mount, not 3/8"-24 fine-thread stud hardware.8 floor penetrations / anchor points as the conservative buy-now count for a two-rail tray, while still acknowledging that the final installed count may reduce to 6 if the actual RB floor-rail hole pattern and the safe-anchor map make fewer points cleaner.Do not treat the 8-point count as an RB-published requirement. It is the current conservative buy quantity so the install is not blocked by under-ordering low-cost hardware.

Use this section only for Rixen-related items that still need a purchase decision or physical verification before ordering. Purchased Rixen install materials now live on Inventory and Purchases.
Vendor direction follows the actual van purchase history: use Rixen for Rixen-specific parts, Home Depot / Lowe's for commodity fittings, sealant, loom, grommets, and support hardware, etrailer for RV-specific plumbing parts, and a local auto-parts delivery vendor such as AutoZone, NAPA, or equivalent for automotive coolant, heater hose, coolant clamps, bleeders, heat sleeve, and fuel-rated parts. Use Ford only for Ford-only/OEM-specific items, and specialty vendors only when the needed part is not available through those sources.
Most Rixen install materials that previously appeared in this section have already been ordered and are now tracked on Inventory and Purchases: Rixen E-3679, Fittings Space 000037491, AutoZone 211566007962, O'Reilly K55556122R15594, Grainger 1586499620, ToolOutfitters 12539, and Lowe's 300901141260552832. The detailed tank port map, fittings rationale, and tank-side BOM live on Water and Plumbing, which owns the technical plumbing facts. This tracker carries only the active procurement state and points to inventory for purchased rows.
Tank-related items already recorded on Inventory and Purchases include the S&B spare-tire tank order, SeeLevel sender order, delivered etrailer water/waste fittings, delivered Home Depot / Lowe's plumbing stock, and canceled obsolete compact dump-path parts. Keep exact lifecycle proof on inventory because those rows do not all share the same state.

|---|---|
ready to buy |
Spec is defined enough to order now. |
waiting on design |
Still blocked by architecture or system decisions. |
waiting on measurement |
Still blocked by a physical measurement or fit check. For current electrical rows, this usually means the requirement is already exact on device/fuse/wire/landing/package at the owner-page level and the remaining hold is one dominant finish-line field such as landing point, wire gauge, or package position, plus any downstream execution detail that capture unlocks. |
researching |
Candidate products or sizing still being worked through. |
open |
Need is recognized, but the current tracker does not yet have enough source-backed detail to classify it more tightly. |
provisional class-selected |
Legacy status label kept only for older notes or rows that have not yet been reconciled. The current electrical tracker now prefers waiting on measurement when package identity is already exact but landing point, wire gauge, package position, or route/execution proof is still missing, and blocked by missing source when delivered-unit or primary-source evidence is still the gating issue. |
blocked by missing source |
Purchase is intentionally held until a specific source document, label, or manual is captured. |
blocked by final load table |
Purchase is intentionally held until the relevant load table or sizing worksheet is frozen. |
ordered |
Order has been placed but receipt or delivery may still be pending. |
partially ordered |
Some components in the recommended assembly are already ordered, but the assembly is not complete yet. |
closed |
Purchased and recorded on Inventory and Purchases. |
Qualified forms such as ready to buy after final port assignment, ready to buy after layout grouping, or waiting on mini-split weight / layout template are allowed when the qualifier names the single remaining condition that prevents immediate ordering.
The S&B spare-tire fresh tank order 753495, Garnet sender order 647506, and JR Products 37262145 inlet inside etrailer order 124717065 already have canonical inventory rows. Inventory and Purchases owns their exact ordered, shipped, delivered, and cost states; keep this table focused on remaining buy decisions instead of flattening those rows into one generic purchased state.

See measurement-held price snapshot below | See measurement-held price snapshot below | Blocks roof-array rough-in and the remaining PV-side service-isolation package. Battery-side output protection is no longer generic: the roof 150/45 now lands into one dedicated second-Lynx-Distributor 60A charge-source branch, and the future portable 100/30 path reserves one second-Lynx-Distributor 40A branch. Current package positions are also defined now: the 150/45 sits on the rear backer at about 14.4 in from left / 1 in from top, and the portable-MPPT reserve stays adjacent at about 23.1 in / 1 in. No five-field branch-definition blocker remains on either controller row; the remaining hold is execution-only PV-side service-isolation, cable-entry, and reserved portable-inlet integration. |

| Alternator charger / DC-DC path hardware | 2x Victron Orion XS 1400 current exact direction on the fixed driver-seat-pedestal / CCP-cover service wall in the full front charger-plus-node package |
See measurement-held price snapshot below | See measurement-held price snapshot below | Needed to use the factory dual-alternator / CCP2 path for charging the 24V house bank. Two units from day one should allow roughly 45-50A into the 24V house bank during bulk charging while keeping each charger independently current-limited. The current mount direction keeps the high-current Ford-side 12V run short and sends house-side 24V rearward. Current package position is no longer abstract: the full front charger-plus-node assembly now reserves about 18 in W x 12 in H x 3 in D on the fixed driver-seat-pedestal / CCP-cover service wall. The remaining blocker is now specific: panel / package position for the front charger-plus-node wall package, plus downstream Ford-side protection and shared-trunk execution that follow from that capture. |

See measurement-held price snapshot below | See measurement-held price snapshot below | The AC/shore-power architecture is already closed at the owner-page level: 301EL-B -> 8077 -> MultiPlus -> 8027, with the branch map and GFCI topology now exact for the MVP layout. Audit this row against Electrical Requested Final-Branch-Schedule Audit, Exact-Field Gap Register, Objective Five-Field Matrix, Final-Branch-Schedule Completion Test, and Finish-Line Evidence Basis Register, because those owner-page sections now carry the full exact device / fuse / wire / landing / package-position check, the current dominant finish-line gap per row, the explicit objective-matrix mapping, and the current proof-strength model. The deciding reason remains cooking headroom, not extra shore-charge current. Current panel position is defined on the rear 50 x 30 backer at about 36.9 in from left / 4 in from top, grouped with the Blue Sea 8027 AC panel on the right-side AC band. Remaining work is now more precise: measured 301EL-B -> 8077 -> MultiPlus AC-feeder geometry for the shore/main package, plus final MultiPlus DC-cable-path/length confirmation against the current 300A / 1/0 AWG owner-page direction. |

See ready-to-buy and measurement-held electrical price snapshots below | See ready-to-buy and measurement-held electrical price snapshots below | Current electrical priority as of 2026-05-21; blocks battery-bank and charger rough-in. User-selected rear driver-side bay and rear-door-accessible disconnect direction are now carried through the exact owner-page path battery -> Lynx Class-T / 5119 -> 9003e -> system-side Lynx positive bus, with battery negative through the Lynx Shunt to the system side of the Lynx stack. The current architecture no longer requires the Blue Sea 7748, Blue Sea 7721, or the purchased Blue Sea 2104 busbars. Requested Final-Branch-Schedule Audit on Electrical now also maps this package directly to exact device / fuse / wire / landing / package-position fields. Current panel positions are also defined now: 9003e about 1 in / 1 in, Lynx Class-T about 1 in / 15 in, Lynx Shunt about 9.1 in / 16.7 in, and Distributor #1 about 17.6 in / 14.6 in on the rear 50 x 30 backer, with Distributor #2 still waiting on final coordinate capture. The remaining hold now splits more exactly: shared rear-bay conductor runs are still open mainly on wire gauge, the rear chassis bond is still open mainly on landing point, and the exact protected-positive jumper geometry around the 9003e plus the exact second-Distributor coordinate remain downstream package execution rather than unresolved device identity. |

Current package positions are also defined at the service-face level: each service package reserves about 12 in W x 18 in H x 3 in D, with the passenger-side package on the plumbing/heating service face and the roof/center package on the upper cabinet service face. No five-field feeder/output-protection blocker remains on these converter rows; the remaining hold is execution-only local mounting geometry, jumper lengths, ventilation, and any later deliberate second fuse-block decision. |

Feed each from a protected 24V branch and do not use 120V for this function. Current package direction is the fixed driver-seat-pedestal / CCP-cover front-node assembly, with a node-only reservation of about 12 in W x 9 in H x 2 in D and a full charger-plus-node assembly of about 18 in W x 12 in H x 3 in D when the two Orions are carried on the same wall. Adjacent lower-power socket/insert stations now handle phones and secondary devices, so a custom phone board is fallback-only. The remaining hold is no longer generic front trim; it is the exact front premium-node package-position capture plus EPR-rated cable and final module-tail packaging. |

This separates the electrical purchasing work into what is ready now, what already has exact current package identity but still waits on measurement or route proof, and what is still held by missing delivered-unit evidence plus route capture. It is intended to keep the electrical BOM moving without pretending every row is final-order-safe. Audit the remaining electrical rows against Electrical Requested Final-Branch-Schedule Audit, Exact-Field Gap Register, Objective Five-Field Matrix, Final-Branch-Schedule Completion Test, and Finish-Line Evidence Basis Register, not only against the older architecture summary. In current owner-page terms, charge-source Lynx distribution, the premium-only front-node bus/protection method, 8027 breaker allocation, and direct-source C30 identity are already exact on the requirement itself. The owner-page direct-source completion test is now narrower too: the C30 source row is already closed, and the only remaining direct-source blocker is the mini-split's missing delivered-unit identity/current artifact on top of route capture. The release-for-build hold set that still remains is the eight named captures: rear GP29-31 bond landing, second-Lynx-Distributor package position, front premium-node package position, MultiPlus DC cable path, 301EL-B -> 8077 -> MultiPlus AC geometry, first-device GFCI/outlet layout, freezer route/service-loop/connector capture, and mini-split delivered-unit proof plus route capture.

Buy now exact hardware for the electrical MVP core:
There are no currently unpurchased exact-hardware blockers left in the electrical MVP core. Recent reconciliation moved the exact Amazon electrical MVP parts that are already ordered or delivered to Inventory and Purchases: MultiPlus-II, Lynx Class-T Power In, Lynx Shunt, Lynx Distributor #1, the second Lynx Distributor added to an Amazon order on 2026-06-08 for expected delivery on 2026-06-09, SmartSolar 150/45, Marinco 301EL-B, Leviton GFTR1-W, Blue Sea 9003e, Blue Sea 5119, Blue Sea 8077, and Blue Sea 8027. The earlier Blue Sea 7748 / 7721 / 2104 / 2718 package is now return-approved after the accepted second-Distributor revision. Keep this section limited to true remaining purchase actions if a new gap reopens.
Route-dependent MVP wiring and branch hardware that still belong in the BOM:
| Qty | BOM Line | Current Product Class | Retailer Snapshot | Notes |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| TBD | Main battery / inverter cable | 1/0 AWG tinned battery cable, black and red |
Amazon B000NI1EUO, Amazon B000NI1EVI |
Current accepted layout keeps the MultiPlus in the same rear electrical zone as the Lynx stack, so this is expected to close as short direct runs. Keep this row open only for final cut length, bend/sweep geometry, and service slack confirmation. |
| TBD | Main heavy lugs | 1/0 AWG, 3/8 in tinned copper lugs with adhesive heat shrink |
Amazon B073FD2R47 |
Needed for batteries, disconnect, Lynx modules, and inverter landings. |
| TBD | Main chassis-bond lug set | 1/0 AWG, current working Ford-side assumption 1/4 in tinned copper lug class for the single rear-bay DC negative-to-chassis bond, plus the Lynx Distributor-side M8 / 5/16 in lug already covered by the main 1/0 AWG x 5/16 in family |
Amazon B073FD2R47, Amazon B094FWS4DG |
Current owner-page direction is one intentional rear-bay chassis bond from the Lynx Distributor ground connection. This is now the main remaining deferred heavy-DC field item: actual Ford stud fit, final hardware stack-up, and corrosion-finish choice at the vehicle landing point. |
| TBD | Main chassis-bond corrosion treatment | anti-oxidation / terminal-protectant compound for the finished rear-bay bond point | Amazon B000BODU66, Amazon B0019KHHRE, Amazon B000CIPUNC |
Current direction is to finish the bond with a dedicated anti-corrosion treatment after the exact Ford point and hardware are chosen. This is a current off-the-shelf candidate family, not yet a Ford-mandated chemical. |
| 1 | Current mini-implementation 6 AWG branch-cable stock |
50 ft red plus 50 ft black of 6 AWG flexible copper battery cable |
Amazon B00LIB58V6, Amazon B01MS91OIV |
Layout-derived stock length for the current mini implementation after removing the front Orion / premium-node package from the active build scope. This current stock length is meant to cover the roof MPPT output pair, roof/center feeder pair, passenger-side service feeder pair, the current rear-half mini-split branch assumption, and local sweep / service slack. It is a stock-buy length, not a final cut list. |
| TBD | Air-conditioner / 50-60A branch lugs |
6 AWG tinned copper cable lugs sized to the final stud family |
search still needed for exact stud-size match | Keep in the BOM, but do not order until the actual stud sizes and route lengths are confirmed. |
| 1 | Induction branch wire spool | 25 ft of 12/2 marine duplex wire or equivalent 12 AWG AC branch cable |
ordered via Amazon B0DQY349JH (12/3 marine triplex, 30 ft) |
The 2026-05-28 Amazon order closes this stock-wire buy with a three-conductor marine-cable equivalent rather than the earlier generic 12/2 shorthand. Preserve that purchased identity instead of silently rewriting it back to duplex wording. |
| 1 | Ordinary-outlet branch wire spool | 50 ft of 14/2 AC branch cable |
ordered via Amazon B0DQY5Z4Z3 (14/3 marine triplex, 50 ft) |
The 2026-05-28 Amazon order closes this branch-wire buy with a three-conductor marine-cable equivalent. Keep the purchased 14/3 triplex identity canonical going forward. |
Still intentionally non-final inside the MVP because the exact branch package is already defined, but the full finish-line proof bundle is not closed yet:
| Qty | BOM Line | Current Direction | Why It Is Still Not Final |
|---|---|---|---|
| 1 | Mini-split Lynx branch fuse | Current direction is 60A on the dedicated 24V branch |
Based on the current Sinoclima E-2600PRO surrogate electrical envelope plus delivered 8mm2 lead evidence. Final signoff still waits on the full owner-page proof bundle: delivered-unit identity/current evidence plus the real branch-route capture. |
| 1 | Mini-split local breaker / disconnect | Blue Sea 7184 60A manual-reset breaker / disconnect |
Current local service-breaker direction for the dedicated HVAC branch near the rear branch exit. Final signoff still waits on the same delivered-unit proof-plus-route bundle that confirms the current package without forcing a larger branch family. |
| 1 | Mini-split branch cable final cut length | Keep current planning family at 6 AWG, with 4 AWG held open |
Final route length, bundling, and delivered-unit proof can still move this up one cable family, so this remains non-final until the full proof bundle is closed. |
This is the current strict shopping table for the electrical MVP, derived from Electrical Landing Map and the current fuse / conductor directions on Electrical. Use this table when placing an order for the missing electrical small parts instead of relying on the older generic heavy lugs or consumables starter set rows.
These are the actual electrical build components and cable-end parts that are worth prioritizing first.

| Inverter / charger | Victron MultiPlus-II 24/3000/70-50 120V current exact direction |
See measurement-held price snapshot below | See measurement-held price snapshot below | Architecture is stable enough to carry a real model in the BOM. Current package position is defined on the rear 50 x 30 backer at about 36.9 in from left / 4 in from top, with the accepted AC path already closed as 301EL-B -> 8077 -> MultiPlus -> 8027. Remaining hold is now narrower than general cabinet design: measured 301EL-B -> 8077 -> MultiPlus AC-feeder geometry, exact mounting geometry, and final MultiPlus DC-cable-path/length confirmation against the current 300A / 1/0 AWG owner-page direction. |
Electrical, Inventory and Purchases, Measurements | waiting on measurement |
| Roof solar charge controller | Victron SmartSolar MPPT 150/45 |
See measurement-held price snapshot below | See measurement-held price snapshot below | The roof-array direction is now specific enough to treat this as the current exact owner-page controller direction. Requested Final-Branch-Schedule Audit on Electrical now carries the exact device / fuse / wire / landing / package-position closure model for this roof-charge path. No five-field branch-definition blocker remains on this controller row; the remaining hold is execution-only panel wiring, cable-cut, and roof-side service-isolation closeout. |
Electrical | waiting on measurement |
| Portable-solar charge controller | Victron SmartSolar MPPT 100/30 |
See measurement-held price snapshot below | See measurement-held price snapshot below | The portable-solar reserve direction is now stable enough to hold this controller class in the BOM. Requested Final-Branch-Schedule Audit on Electrical now carries the exact device / fuse / wire / landing / package-position closure model for the reserved portable path. No five-field branch-definition blocker remains on this reserve controller row either; the remaining hold is execution-only portable-inlet, panel-integration, and reserved-output-path closeout. |
Electrical | waiting on measurement |
| Alternator chargers | 2x Victron Orion XS 1400 |
See measurement-held price snapshot below | See measurement-held price snapshot below | The two-charger strategy is now the current exact owner-page direction, and Requested Final-Branch-Schedule Audit on Electrical now carries the exact device / fuse / wire / landing / package-position closure model for the shared front charger-plus-node package. Final order timing should still respect the dominant remaining field on that package, namely panel / package position at the fixed pedestal / CCP-cover wall, plus the downstream CCP2 protection and rearward trunk execution that follow from that capture. |
Electrical | waiting on measurement |
Passenger-side 24V to 12V service converter |
Victron Orion 24/12-70A class |
See measurement-held price snapshot below | See measurement-held price snapshot below | The passenger-side plumbing/heating service load direction is now specific enough to hold this current service-converter class direction in the BOM. Requested Final-Branch-Schedule Audit on Electrical now carries the exact device / fuse / wire / landing / package-position closure model for this feeder/service package. No five-field feeder/output-protection blocker remains on this converter row; the remaining hold is execution-only service-face geometry, jumper lengths, ventilation, and any later deliberate second fuse-block decision. |
Electrical | waiting on measurement |
Roof/center 24V to 12V converter |
Victron Orion 24/12-70A ORI241270020 current exact SKU direction above the accepted ~50A roof-zone ceiling |
See measurement-held price snapshot below | See measurement-held price snapshot below | The roof/center converter direction is now effectively closed by the always-on Starlink and networking load review. Victron's current high-power non-isolated line jumps from 24/12-40 to 24/12-70, so ORI241270020 is the pragmatic purchase candidate. Requested Final-Branch-Schedule Audit on Electrical now carries the exact device / fuse / wire / landing / package-position closure model for this feeder/service package. Current package direction is also defined at the upper-cabinet service face with a current minimum field of about 12 in W x 18 in H x 3 in D, arranged as converter -> Blue Sea 7720 -> ST Blade block with exact 50A AMI/MIDI local output protection. No five-field feeder/output-protection blocker remains on this converter row; the remaining hold is execution-only local geometry, jumper lengths, ventilation, and any later deliberate second-fuse-block decision. |
Electrical | waiting on measurement |
| Main battery Class-T fuse | Blue Sea 5119 300A Class-T current exact direction |
not yet priced | not yet selected supplier | The main protection path is now specific enough to carry the exact fuse direction in the BOM. Requested Final-Branch-Schedule Audit on Electrical now maps this row directly to exact device / fuse / wire / landing / package-position fields. The remaining hold is no longer generic heavy-cable closeout: the rear battery spine is still open mainly on wire gauge for the shared heavy-cable path lengths and on landing point for the exact rear bond capture, while final rear-door service access is downstream package execution. |
Electrical | waiting on measurement |
| Main Lynx discharge MEGA fuses | 4x main discharge positions: MultiPlus-II 300A current source-backed direction, mini-split 60A current surrogate-backed direction, passenger-side feeder 60A, roof/center feeder 40A |
not yet priced | not yet selected supplier | The branch map is now exact at the owner-page level, and Requested Final-Branch-Schedule Audit on Electrical now maps these rows directly to exact device / fuse / wire / landing / package-position fields. The remaining hold is narrower than “unresolved branches”: buy timing should wait on the two route/proof items that still affect final branch confidence, namely the measured MultiPlus cable path and the delivered mini-split current proof. The passenger-side 60A and roof/center 40A feeder positions are already exact current directions. |
Electrical, Measurements | waiting on measurement |
| Charge-source DC distribution package | Current exact direction is a second Victron Lynx Distributor M10 on the system side of the stack, carrying roof MPPT 60A, shared front alternator-charge return 60A, portable MPPT reserve 40A, and one spare position |
not yet recovered | Amazon order metadata still pending recovery | This replaces the old Blue Sea rear charge-combiner package and keeps the charging branches native to the Lynx family. Requested Final-Branch-Schedule Audit on Electrical now maps this package directly to exact device / fuse / wire / landing / package-position fields. User reported on 2026-06-08 that this second Distributor was added to a delivery order expected on 2026-06-09. The only active hold left on this package is exact rear-backer coordinate capture and the resulting attached-run cut lengths. |
Electrical, Inventory and Purchases, Measurements | waiting on measurement |
Front/cabin premium 24V node protection package |
Blue Sea 2127 positive/negative bus pair with 2x Blue Sea 7720 protected 30A premium branches. Current premium-only package direction keeps 8 AWG as the default feed class; move to 6 AWG only if the node is deliberately upsized beyond the accepted premium-only use case. |
not yet priced | not yet selected supplier | Premium front/cabin charging is now defined at the exact bus and branch-protection level. Requested Final-Branch-Schedule Audit on Electrical now maps this package directly to exact device / fuse / wire / landing / package-position fields. Current package position is also defined: a node-only reservation of about 12 in W x 9 in H x 2 in D on the fixed driver-seat-pedestal / CCP-cover service wall, or about 18 in W x 12 in H x 3 in D if reviewed as the full charger-plus-node assembly with the two Orion XS units. The dominant remaining field is panel / package position; route length, enclosure/trim method, and any deliberate later upsize are downstream consequences of that capture rather than open node/protection identity. |
Electrical | waiting on measurement |
| High-current cable, lugs, and heat shrink | Carry the current conductor-family directions: main battery and inverter spine 1/0 AWG current default, mini-split branch 6 AWG minimum with 4 AWG still open, passenger-side feeder 6 AWG minimum, roof feeder 6 AWG, second-Distributor charge-source branches 6 AWG for the two 60A positions, and portable-MPPT reserve 8 AWG minimum with 6 AWG still open there |
not yet priced | not yet selected supplier mix | Cable-family planning is stable enough for a BOM section, and Requested Final-Branch-Schedule Audit on Electrical now maps the remaining exact wire / landing / package-position closure fields that still gate final lug and cable ordering. The dominant surviving blocker here is exact route length and final cut order, not the old combiner-trunk architecture. |
Electrical | waiting on measurement |
12V subpanels |
2x Blue Sea ST Blade 12-circuit fuse blocks or equivalent |
See measurement-held price snapshot below | See measurement-held price snapshot below | Two 12V distribution zones are now part of the stable architecture. Current exact passenger-side slot direction carries 1 Rixen MCS7, 2-4 tank heat pads, 5 fresh-water pump, 6 city/fill selector-valve control, 7 kitchen MagSafe charger feed, 8 kitchen ordinary USB-C station, 9 tank senders / smart I/O, 10 galley fridge, 11 driver-side forward dinette-bench freezer, and 12 spare/reserve. Current exact roof/center slot direction carries 1 Maxxfan, 2 awning / exterior roof-light control, 3 bedside MagSafe pair, 4 dinette charging cluster, 5 driver/front ordinary USB-C outlet, 6 Starlink, 7 router / network core, 8 PoE switch GS308EP, 9 mini-PC / monitoring host, 10 smart-lighting controller, 11 lighting auxiliary / injection, and 12 sensors / low-current controls. No fuse-block identity blocker remains on these rows; the remaining hold is execution-only local jumper geometry, service-face packaging, and the downstream route-length-driven freezer-branch closeout. |
Electrical | waiting on measurement |
| Shore-power inlet | Marinco 301EL-B baseline at the driver-side rear inlet opposite the electrical bay |
See protection / AC package candidate snapshot below | See protection / AC package candidate snapshot below | Location and current inlet family are now stable. Current package position is defined at the driver-side rear utility wall opposite the rear electrical bay, with the upstream 8077 immediately inboard before the 10 AWG feeder turns toward the rear bay. The dominant remaining field is panel / package position on the accepted shore/main package, with the exact 301EL-B -> 8077 -> MultiPlus capture owning the inlet trim, feeder geometry, and upstream-main placement proof. |
Electrical | waiting on measurement |
| AC distribution panel / breaker package | Blue Sea 8027 downstream load panel plus separate upstream 30A double-pole non-ELCI shore main device |
See protection / AC package candidate snapshot below | See protection / AC package candidate snapshot below | The high-level AC safety stack is now closed. Current package positions are defined too: Blue Sea 8027 on the rear 50 x 30 backer at about 30.5 in from left / 1 in from top, Blue Sea 7542 directly below it around 30.5 in / 10 in, and the upstream Blue Sea 8077 immediately inboard of the Marinco 301EL-B on the driver-side rear utility wall. The current MVP branch map is also defined: 8027 branch 1 as the 15A ordinary-outlet chain with first-device Leviton GFTR1-W feed-through GFCI protection, branch 2 as the dedicated 20A induction branch, branch 3 intentionally spare, and the Rixen element held off-panel on MultiPlus AC-out-2 through Blue Sea 7542. Breaker allocation is therefore exact now on the requirement itself, and the GFCI method is exact too. The remaining work is only the exact two AC/package captures already owned on Measurements: shore-path conductor geometry 301EL-B -> 8077 -> MultiPlus and first-device GFCI / ordinary-outlet package layout, not basic panel architecture. |

2026-05-21)This is the current price sheet for the next electrical purchase wave. These rows are not final-order-safe yet; they are the current priced planning candidates where a real SKU or exact current owner-page direction already exists. Read them together with Electrical Exact-Field Gap Register, Objective Five-Field Matrix, Final-Branch-Schedule Completion Test, and Finish-Line Evidence Basis Register so price-ready does not get mistaken for release-for-build final.

2026-05-21)These rows narrow the remaining protection and shore-power package into concrete part families. Many of them already match the current exact owner-page package direction, but priced does not mean release-for-build final. The remaining holds now split more cleanly by dominant field and named capture owner: landing point at the rear bond, package position at the second Lynx Distributor, the front premium node, and the first-device GFCI / ordinary-outlet package, and wire gauge on the MultiPlus, freezer, and mini-split rows, with the eight named capture owners on Measurements carrying the actual retirement evidence. Use Electrical Requested Final-Branch-Schedule Audit, Exact-Field Gap Register, Objective Five-Field Matrix, Final-Branch-Schedule Completion Test, and Finish-Line Evidence Basis Register as the current closure model when deciding whether a priced row is actually order-safe.

| 1 | Rear chassis-bond hardware package | 1/0 AWG bond jumper, current working Ford-side 1/4 in tinned lug class, self-locking crimp hex nut matched to the chosen Ford ground point or dedicated stud, and anti-corrosion treatment |
mainstream battery / marine electrical supplier | mixed-source candidate package only in this pass | not yet priced | see route-dependent lug and corrosion rows above | Current owner-page direction is no longer a vague "ground later" placeholder. Ford BEMM now drives the package: fixed Ford point if available, one eyelet preferred, no more than two, self-locking crimp hex nut on the high-current stud, and no split washers or nylon-lock nuts on that connection. Working assumption is M6 / 1/4 in at the Ford side until the real van proves otherwise. |

Current added subtotal for the protection / AC candidate rows above is about 398.95 for the current baseline package using the Marinco 301EL-B plus Blue Sea 8077 upstream shore main plus Blue Sea 8027, based on the current 2026-05-23 snapshots. The same package using the 8029 instead of the 8077 is about 441.91. The ELCI alternative package remains about 534.98 using the Blue Sea 8101 instead of the simpler non-ELCI path.
Still unpriced inside the measurement-held bucket because these remain route-dependent:

| Mini-split branch protection package | Current surrogate-backed exact package direction is a dedicated Lynx Distributor 60A branch, Blue Sea 7184 60A local breaker/disconnect near the rear branch exit, 6 AWG minimum upstream branch cable with 4 AWG still open, and dedicated negative return to a Lynx Distributor negative connection |
not yet priced | not yet selected supplier | The branch is no longer architecturally blocked, and the local disconnect family and return-path method are now defined. Requested Final-Branch-Schedule Audit on Electrical now maps the exact device / fuse / wire / landing / package-position fields that the missing direct delivered-unit proof-plus-route bundle must confirm or force upward. Remaining hold is not only source recovery: final branch signoff and final cable order still need direct delivered-unit identity/current evidence, startup/current behavior if available, real route length, bundling heat, and whether the real unit forces a larger cable family. |
Electrical, Climate and Insulation, Mini-Split Air Conditioner | blocked by missing source |
| Charge-source second-Distributor package execution | Current owner-page direction is a second Lynx Distributor adjacent to the first Distributor, with roof MPPT 60A, shared front alternator-charge return 60A, portable MPPT reserve 40A, and one spare position; hold final cable order until the exact second-Distributor coordinate and attached-run lengths are measured |
not yet priced | not yet selected supplier | The charge-source branch method itself is now exact. The remaining hold is package execution only: exact rear-backer coordinate, service-clearance confirmation, and final cut lengths for the roof MPPT pair plus the shared front alternator-charge return pair. | Electrical, Measurements | waiting on measurement |
| Roof/center local service-package geometry | Current owner-page direction is roof/center converter -> Blue Sea 7720 -> ST Blade block with exact 50A AMI/MIDI local output protection; hold final jumper order and any enclosure-specific hardware until the upper-cabinet service face is measured |
not yet priced | not yet selected supplier | The local output-fuse value is no longer the blocker. The remaining roof-zone work is the exact upper-cabinet service-face capture already implied on Electrical: serviceable package position, local jumper cut lengths, ventilation/service-face layout, and whether later branch growth forces a deliberate second fuse-block decision. | Electrical, Measurements | waiting on measurement |
These are the current design targets for the rear driver-side electrical bay. Some of these rows are now stable enough to buy, while others still wait on one dominant finish-line field plus its named capture owner rather than a generic future measurement bucket: landing point at the rear bond, package position at the front premium node and first-device GFCI / ordinary-outlet package, and wire gauge on the MultiPlus, freezer, and mini-split rows.

About $375 before shipping at the last sourced 3.00 per bracket effective price |
TNUTZ CB-010-B family; prior exact source was TNUTZ order 131588 |
Revised on 2026-05-28 to use box-corner logic instead of only a loose module count. For this build, a true framed box should usually be treated as needing about 16 inside-corner brackets minimum (8 structural corners at 2 brackets per corner) unless a face is intentionally open, panel shear is carrying load, or another fastening method replaces some corners. The current accepted TNUTZ scope still reads broad: rear bed/garage structure, rear electrical-bay support, passenger-side rear service face, driver-side bridge-drawer carcass, passenger-side rear drawer carcass, rear bench, front freezer bench, passenger-side galley base, and driver/passenger upper-cabinet bands. Using that framing model, the current build reads more like roughly 130-160 brackets than 95-120, before mistakes, revisions, or convenience spares. Reordering 125 now is the practical middle ground: enough to keep building if the original 50 are truly gone, while still accepting that a later top-off order may be cleaner than overbuying on the first recovery pass. |

2026-05-23)These are the source-backed refrigeration options reviewed on 2026-05-23. The current selected directions are the RecPro 3.3 cu ft upright fridge and the Alpicool C30 single-zone chest freezer. The remaining rows stay here as documented alternatives.
| Candidate | Why It Is Plausible | Key Source-Backed Specs | Current Buy Link Snapshot | Current Risk / Unknown |
|---|---|---|---|---|
RecPro 3.3 cu ft 12V RV refrigerator |
Current selected upright-fridge direction. Closest current match to the compact upright RV-fridge form factor already discussed for the galley. | RecPro lists 32-3/4"H x 18 1/2"D x 19"W, 12V DC, and a measured draw table of about 30-40W while cooling, 80W peak during testing, and 20A rated max. The manual calls out 15A max current at the unit input and provides DC wire-length guidance. |
Amazon RecPro 3.3 cu ft at 589.95; RecPro product page |
Remaining work is no longer model selection. It is proving galley fit, ventilation, restraint, and service access around the chosen upright package. |
Everchill by Furrion / Lippert 3.3 cu ft 12V refrigerator WS-95RDC-RH |
Very similar size class to the RecPro, but from a large RV-appliance ecosystem with a clear current Lippert product page. | Lippert lists 19" W x 32-3/4" H x 19" D, 12V DC, 15 Amp, 180 Watt, brushless compressor motor, auto-defrost, and low-current off-grid positioning. |
Lippert Everchill WS-95RDC-RH | Similar package class to the RecPro, so this is mainly a brand/support alternative rather than a layout alternative. |
Isotherm Cruise 85 Clean Touch Stainless Steel 3 cu ft AC/DC |
Strong premium candidate if you want a more established marine-grade fridge with a shorter under-counter height and cleaner built-in finish. | Indel Webasto lists 3 Cu Ft, 24.4 x 18.7 x 21.6 in, 60 lb, and AC/DC operation for the Cruise 85 Clean Touch. |
Isotherm Cruise 85 official page | Premium-price path. Depth and weight are higher than the RecPro/Everchill class, so cabinet ventilation and service access need a closer look. |

ICECO JP30 Pro single-zone |
Best current fit-biased candidate because it is explicitly single-zone and smaller than the earlier 45L class boxes while still being a real compressor freezer. |
ICECO lists single-zone operation, SECOP compressor, -4°F to 68°F, 28.5" × 13.8" × 15.9", and 38.54 lb for the JP30 Pro. ICECO's slide-fit page also calls out about 17.4 in installed height with the matching slide. |
ICECO JP30 Pro official at 529.00 on the current official page |
Still need to prove actual bench interior width, slide thickness, ventilation margin, and lid-access clearance, but this is now the strongest bench-first candidate. |
Dometic CFX3 35 single-zone |
Premium compact benchmark with stronger published electrical data than most budget units and materially smaller volume than the earlier 45L candidate. |
Dometic lists 36L, single-zone, 694 x 398 x 407 mm, 37.26 lb, 12/24V DC, rated input current 7.5A at 12V, and about 0.98 Ah/h energy use at 12VDC under the published test condition. |
Dometic CFX3 35 official and product page at about 799.99 direct |
Premium-price path. Width and height are reasonable, but the 694 mm length still has to be checked against the real slide travel and bench opening. |
Alpicool C30 single-zone |
Current selected chest-freezer direction because it stays in the smaller ~27L size class and matches the single-zone bench requirement. |
The user-provided Alpicool manual now directly closes the key spec row for the selected model: DC12/24V or AC100-240V, 60W, 26.7L / 0.94 cu ft, 650 x 375 x 357 mm (25 5/8 x 14 3/4 x 14 1/16 in), and 13.65 kg / 30.1 lb net weight. Amazon remains a non-lead source because it still exposes conflicting dimensions and wattage. |

Remaining work is no longer model identity, watt class, or outer dimensions. It is proving bench-slide fit, ventilation, and service-loop behavior around the now-closed manual dimensions. |

landing point for the rear bond, package position for the front premium node and first-device GFCI / ordinary-outlet package, and wire gauge for the MultiPlus, freezer, and mini-split rows. For the mini-split specifically, that means the full delivered-unit proof-plus-route bundle rather than a generic “proof-held” label. Use Electrical Requested Final-Branch-Schedule Audit, Exact-Field Gap Register, Objective Five-Field Matrix, Final-Branch-Schedule Completion Test, and Finish-Line Evidence Basis Register before converting any such row into a real order.landing point, front node and GFCI/outlet package retire package position, and MultiPlus / freezer / mini-split retire wire gauge.1-1/2 in membrane ports just to create a pressure-fill path. With gravity fill gone, the upper open 1/2 in port is the better fresh fill candidate unless physical routing proves otherwise.1-1/2 in tank-port plugs until a specific large port is intentionally opened and then left unused. The current understanding is that those larger bosses ship as factory-sealed threaded knockouts.Garnet display/module unless the custom monitoring architecture later proves it is actually needed.KUS S5U-10 as the spare-tire fallback only if the physical tank surface proves unsuitable for the external sender.2026-05-19 with the Rixen hydronic installation purchase tracker, 10 ft extra air-handler duct buy item, Ford-required fuel shutoff, glycol pass-through/sealing hardware, ProPEX/F1960 domestic-water standard, tightened purge/protection/domestic-HW purchase rows, and vendor direction aligned to the actual purchase history including local auto-parts delivery for automotive fluids, hose, clamps, bleeders, heat sleeve, and fuel-rated parts.2026-05-20 with working electrical purchase classes: Victron MultiPlus-II 24/3000/70-50 120V inverter/charger class for induction cooking, SmartSolar MPPT 150/45 roof controller, SmartSolar MPPT 100/30 portable-solar rough-in, 2x Orion XS 1400 alternator chargers, and Victron Orion 24/12 converter class.2026-05-21 to split the electrical BOM into early ready-to-buy, provisional, and blocked buckets so purchasing could start without pretending the remaining mini-split, charge-ceiling, and roof-load gaps were already closed. This note is historical; the live electrical tracker has since been reconciled to ready-to-buy, measurement-held, and delivered-unit/primary-source proof-held rows.2026-05-24 to reconcile the electrical buy-state framing with the current row reality: the tracker now distinguishes ready-to-buy rows from measurement-held or route-dependent rows, rather than treating exact current package directions as merely provisional hardware classes.2026-05-24 to align the procurement-summary framing with the newer owner-page finish-line model, so the electrical BOM framing, price-snapshot notes, and current buying rules now point not only at Requested Final-Branch-Schedule Audit but also at Final-Branch-Schedule Completion Test and Finish-Line Evidence Basis Register on Electrical.2026-05-24 to extend that procurement-summary framing to Objective Five-Field Matrix, so the planning and buying layers now point at the same explicit device / fuse / wire / landing / package position finish-line model used on the canonical owner page.2026-05-21 from Gmail order/status emails covering Rixen E-3679, Fittings Space 000037491, AutoZone 211566007962, O'Reilly K55556122R15594, Grainger 1586499620, ToolOutfitters 12539, Lowe's 300901141260552832, and recent tank-install delivery/shipping/backorder updates.2026-05-22 to compress the detailed May 21 email reconciliation into a canonical inventory pointer and add explicit status definitions for the tracker states already used by active rows.2026-05-27 from recent Gmail order/delivery emails to remove exact electrical MVP hardware that is now ordered or delivered, and to leave only remaining active buy actions on this tracker.2026-05-28 to add a TNUTZ framing-hardware replenishment estimate grounded in the current bed/garage, galley, bench, drawer, utility-face, and upper-cabinet framing scope rather than only the earlier 50-bracket order.2026-05-29 from Gmail vendor updates to move Flatline FVC-39486, Rixen E-3679, Home Depot WH33313260, and the latest Amazon electrical order states back onto Inventory and Purchases, remove the now-purchased passenger rear-door-platform row from the active tracker, and mark the tank sender/disconnect bundle as partially ordered because the 18/2 sender-wire stock is now purchased.2026-05-30 from Gmail purchase-email review to add the latest reconciliation pointer for Amazon fork mounts, the RB slide tray shipment, and the newly delivered Amazon electrical sub-shipments, while keeping Inventory and Purchases as the authoritative live-state source.
